    A Good, Regency Mahogany Tilt-top Breakfast Table. The rectangular top with rounded corners, mellow colour and patination, inlaid with a single string to the border and having a reeded edge. The turned centre pedestal above four moulded outswept legs with square brass caps and castors, 28½'' (72 cm) high [top down], 38¼'' x 52½'' (97 cm x 133 cm).

And a 20th century oval gilt frame wall mirror with crested foliate scroll decoration 27'' x 19'' (69 cm x 48 cm).

    A Pair of 18th Century Stipple Engravings after George Morland; 'The Farmer's Visit to His Married Daughter in Town' Circa 1789, engraved by W. Bond and 'The Visit Returned in the Country' by W. Nutter, set in beaded and gadrooned gilt frames 14'' (36 cm) in diameter. One with a 1898 newspaper cutting from 'The Athenæeum' attached to the back listing them amongst a sale of engravings by Messrs Christie, Manson & Woods.
