    A Fine Early 17th Century Oak Stool (Ex Oakwell Manor). The 16 inch (41 cm) square top re-covered in a fragment of early tapestry edged in tasselled fringing. The short rising baluster turned legs carved with nulling above square block feet united by peripheral stretchers 13 ins (33 cms) high.

    An Early 18th Century Joined Oak Side Table (A/F). The rectangular top with moulded edge above shaped apron pieces; the front fitted with a single frieze drawer. Standing on reel & baluster turned legs united by peripheral stretchers and terminating on turned feet. 27 in (69 cm) high, 30½ ins (77 cm) wide, 23½ in (60 cm) deep.

    A 17th Century Century & Later Oak Wainscot Chair. The top rail with lobe cut terminals and carved initials C.J.L in a scalloped recess to the centre above a panelled back carved with arabesque strap-work to the upper panel. The arms on turned posts leading down to a planked seat partially replaced with walnut, and standing on turned legs united by peripheral stretchers, 43¾ in (11 cm) high, 22 in (56 cm) wide.

    A Pair of 19th Century Carolean Style Caned Walnut Chairs. The top rails carved with flower heads and foliate scrolls above caned back panels in trellis punched frames flanked by barley-twist uprights surmounted by turned finials. The cane seats in similarly punched frames standing on barley-twist legs with conforming front & rear stretchers above H-form under-stretchers. 39 in (100 cm) high, the seats 16 in (40 cm) high, 19½ in (49 cm) wide.

    A Small Early 18th Century Oak Chest of Drawers. The top having applied edge moulding above panelled sides and three long drawers with moulded twin panel fronts, hung on side groove runners and divided by applied moulding strips. Standing on stile feet 30½ in (77 cm) high, 31 in (79 cm) wide, 22 in (56 cm) deep.

The reel turned baluster legs and gate with plain stretchers and ball feet, 28 in (71 cm) high, 28½ in (72 cm) wide, 13½ in (34 cm) [leaf down], 27 in (69 cm) [leaf up].

    A 17th Century Oak Wainscot Chair of good colour and patination. The shaped cresting having a recessed dog-tooth edged band embellished with punchwork above two back panels divided by channel moulded rails with further punchwork decoration, flanked by plain uprights; one with carved initials RW to the top. The scroll end arms on baluster posts leading down to a planked seat above moulded rails and turned legs united by stretchers, 39¾ in (101 cm) high, the seat 16½ in (42 cm) high, 23 in (58 cm) in width.

    A Joined Oak Spindled Mural Cupboard in the 18th Century North Wales manner. The cupboard having two doors hung on iron loop hinges with ventilated upper panels of turned spindles and fielded lower panels flanking conforming centre panels. The interior fitted with a shelf and backed in decorative fabric. 27 in (69 cm) high, 49 in (125 cm) wide, 13½ in (34 cm) deep.
