A 17th Century Carved Double Gate-legged Table. The oval top on a fully bobbin turned base with pairs of swing out gates supporting the hinged flaps, and turned stretchers uniting the legs. 27½ in (70 cm) high, 40½ in x 52½ in (103 cm x 134 cm) flaps up.

A Set of Eight Lancashire Spindle Backed Rush-seat Chairs including two Armchairs, Circa 1780-1840. Each chair having a dipped cresting rail above two rows of five turned spindles flanked by round turned uprights with nipple moulded terminals. The rush seats edged in wooden protection strips and standing on turned legs with pad feet united by turned stretchers. The armchairs having tall backs with three rows of spindles.

The decoratively turned legs with repeated baluster & fillet knops united by peripheral stretchers and terminating on turned feet, 26¾ in (68 cm) high, 29½ in (75 cm) wide, 41½ in (105 cm) long (flaps up), 13½ in (34 cm) (flaps down).

An 18th Century Oak Side Table. The two plank top having a moulded edge and re-entrant front corners above a cock-beaded frieze drawer retaining original brass swan-neck handles and oval escutcheon, standing on cabriole legs. The frieze rail incised with initials ME. One rear leg with old riveted sheet metal repair. 70 in (27.5 cm) high, 29½ in (76 cm) wide, 18 in (46 cm) deep.

An Early 18th Century Joined Oak Armchair, possibly Welsh. The cresting rail above a broad shaped centre splat pierced with a heart. The flat topped arms on square posts leading down to the low plank seat and on to form the legs united by stretchers, 35 in (89 cm) high, 24 in (61 cm) wide.

A Late 17th Century Brass Warming Pan. The convex lid embossed and chased with Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden, encircled by a band of undulating vine between concentric rings of pierced perforations. The pan riveted to a knopped brass handle, 43 in (109 cm) overall length.

A Large Late 18th Century & Later Dutch Sheet Brass Hanging Lantern, converted for electric. The domed pediment embossed with flowers, foliage, seed-pods and berries, surmounted by a beaded ring handle on a ball finial mount. The cylindrical body with leaded glass panels and hinged door, above a punch-worked base on small turned feet, 29 in (74 cm) high, 13 in (33 cm) in diameter.

A Small 18th Century Sheet Brass Lantern hanging from a brass link chain. The domed pediment embossed and pierced with ventilations above a cylindrical cage composed of punchworked straps, with six green glass panels enclosing a centre candle cup. The circular base raised on three scroll feet, 15 in (38 cm) in height.
