    A Fine 19th Century Beech & Elm 'Caistor' Kitchen Windsor Armchair attributed to the workshop of William Sandford, Lincolnshire. The broad curved top rail above five long 'Roman' spindles and turned end supports leading down to a circular elm eat raised on ring turned baluster legs united by a twin barred H-form stretcher, 44 in (112 cm) high, 24 in (61 cm) wide.

    An Unusual French Painted Side Cupboard with deep moulded panels. The whitewashed rectangular top above a woodgrained body with dark green faux marble panels, incorporating a two doored cupboard above a long shallow drawer and small base drawer fitted with brass pendant handles on petalled mounts. The 3½ inch (9 cm) thick doors opening to reveal twin compartments; each stamped along the floor 'Distillerie A Chauviret Limoges', 31½ in (80 cm) high, 36½ in (93 cm) wide, 22 in (56 cm) deep.

    A Large & Unusual Cricket Table. The thick round top composed of three fruitwood planks encircled by a bentwood edging strip. The three splayed and chamfered legs piercing through the top and secured by wedges, 27 in (69 cm) high, 28 in (71 cm) in diameter.

    A Tall 18th Century French Food Cupboard. The moulded top above a ventilated upper compartment with an arch topped open panel door infilled with baluster turned spindles above twin fielded panels, hung on rod hinged and opening to reveal a shelved interior. The lip moulded mid section drawer centred by a flat round iron knop handle. The lower cupboard with twin arch-topped filed panels to the door, on a moulded base and squat bun feet, 80½ in (205 cm) high, 36 in (91 cm) wide.

    An 18th Century Dresser with Rack. The rack having a moulded cornice and three plate shelves backed in stained pine planks, with applied edge moulding and iron cup hooks. The base having three lip moulded frieze drawers above side drawers flanking a break arched apron on square block legs leading down to a plank-backed pot shelf below, 76½ in (194 cm) high, 58 in (147 cm) wide, 17 in (43 cm) deep.
