    A Pair of Highly Decorative 19th Century Continental Glass & Silver Mounted Vases presented under glass domes. The octagonal green vases having flared rims cut with eight engrailed petals to the edge and a diamond cut hexagonal foot mounted on an open cast white metal base adorned with face masks, scrolling foliage and crested shell motifs. The sides of each vase entwined with gilt wire rambling roses issuing porcelain blooms. Each standing on a velvet clad sexfoil plinth with silver metal ornamentation and raised on ebony veneered round bases beneath glass domes, 13 ins (33 cms) overall.
