    A 19th Century Wooden Box with an inset porcelain plaque to the lid framed in a turned ivory surround. The circular box turned from an exotic hardwood with ring decoration to the base and stepped stop-fluting to the cylindrical sides. The moulded screw-on lid with a porcelain centre panel painted with a couple in folk costume and bordered in ring-turned ivory, 4 ins (10 cms) in diameter, 3½ ins (9 cms) in height.
