    A Bronze French Empire Desk Set. The brown patinated tray ornamented with sprays of stylised flowers flanking a pen trough, and mounted with the bust of a classical scholar to the back with gilded inkpot and ponce holders either side. The tray raised on gilded feet and adorned with a gilt swag, 9½ in (24 cm) high, 15 in (38 cm) wide.

    A 19th Century French Empire Gilt Bronze Clock richly decorated with ornately cast embellishments. The movement set in a domed topped case raised on a rectangular plinth with a classical female figure holding open a book to one side, with an oil lamp atop a column encircled with a laurel wreath to the other, 20 in (51 cm) high.

    A Fine Quality 19th Century French Barometer by Duroni Frères à Paris. The rectangular wall hanging case inset with silvered vernier with sliding scale and ornate gilded adjust screw, thermometers for Fahrenheit and Centigrade flanking the mercurial tube, with intricately cast gilt mounts. 45 in (115 cms) in height.

    A Striking Regency Satinwood Vitrine Cabinet with ebonised moulding and brass inlay. The black moulded cornice surmounted by a gallery of ebonised spindles flanked by pierced brass rails. The glazed display door with canted top corners, edged in black & gilt moulding strips, flanked by break-front pilasters either side embellished with Empire style mounts. Standing on gilt brass hairy paw feet, 68 in (173 cm) high, 33 in (84 cm) wide, 16½ in (42 cm) deep.

    An Edwards & Roberts Inlaid Mahogany Pedestal Desk. The top having a gilt brass gallery rail of turned spindles to the back and a tooled leather insert framed by satinwood banded borders inlaid with ebony stringing. The frieze housing a central drawers flanked by break-front side drawers above tapering pedestals raised on square out swept legs. The facades inlaid with swagged garlands of laurel and fitted with gilt brass drop handles, 29 in (74 cm) high, 43½ in (110 cm) wide, 23½ in (60 cm) deep.

    A Louis XVI Style Inlaid Table à Écrire. The diagonal grained veneers inlaid with interlaced bands. The upper section having a glazed cupboard above two frieze drawers. The lower section with fitted writing drawer housing a sliding compartment alongside a leather writing slope. The drawer facade centred by a small break-front apron piece edged in beading and flanked by a gilt metal guilloche band and paterae either side heading the stop-fluted tapering legs. 51 in (130 cms) high, 32 in (81 cms) wide, 19 in (48.5 cm) deep.

    A Large 19th Century Papier-mâché Tray on Stand. The tray of rounded oblong form decorated with red painted birds and sprays of gilded flowers and foliage around the border, on a dark brown lacquered ground. The table form base with gilt stringing. 18½ in (47 cms) high, 30 in x 22¼ in (76 cm x 57 cm).

    A Small & Elegant Late 19th Century Ebonised Rosewood Cabinet decorated with elaborate brass inlay. The upper section having a glazed twin-doored display cabinet above a frieze drawer fitted with Bramah locks and enriched with inlay. The base having a decorative frieze inlaid with interwoven strap-work, standing on square tapering legs united by an undershelf and terminating on ball feet, 59 in (150 cm) high, 24½ in (62 cm) wide.
