The roundel centred by 'The Founding'; a relief moulded white-glazed figure of an infant wrapped in swaddling-cloth, on a blue enamelled ground encircled by a polychromed wreath of fruit and foliage, 15 in (38 cm) in diameter. (old staple repairs to reverse).

    A Fine 18th Century Portuguese Colonial Centre Table. The rectangular top having a gadrooned edge above a bulge front frieze housing two drawers to one side, corresponding faux drawers to the other side and further faux drawers to the ends; each fitted with brass drop handles on pierced mounts and decorative pierced escutcheons. The well turned barley-twist legs adorned with fillet & bulbous knops, united by spiralling peripheral stretchers, with decorative brass appliqués adorning the tenon blocks above turned ball feet, 31½ in (80 cm) high, 38½ in (98 cm) long, 23 in (59 cm) wide.

    A Fine 19th Century Portuguese Carved & Partially Gilded Four Poster Bed. The posts surmounted by crested finials and enriched with carved scrollwork, swagged drapery and pendant bell flower heads, above spiralling columns entwined with platted stems. The square block feet united by rails, with replacement pine splats supporting the mattress. 78¾ in (200 cm) in height.
