    A Fine Mahogany Cased Grand-daughter Clock. The 5 inch (13 cms) brass dial with a silvered roundel engraved Tempus Fugit in the arch above a silvered chapter ring and gilt brass spandrels. The case carved with brickwork and blind fretwork bands. The hood with fluted side columns beneath foliate fret-carving and a moulded swan-neck pediment with flower head terminals. 48 ins (122 cms) in height.

    A Georgian Mahogany 'Chippendale' style Tilt-top Tripod Table. The revolving top with moulded 'pie-crust' edge on a bird cage support. The baluster turned centre pedestal carved with wrythen fluting above out-swept legs enriched with sprays of acanthus and terminating on ball and claw feet, 28 ins (71 cms) high, 30 ins (76 cms) in diameter. (remnants of paper maker's label to the underside).

    An Attractive George II Walnut Armchair. The swept top rail with upturned scroll terminals above a fretted back splat carved with sprays of foliage and pendant bell flowers. The 'crook' arms leading down to a drop in seat raised on foliate carved cabriole legs with pad feet, 37¼ ins (96 cms) high, 24 ins (61 cms) wide.
