The three dug out sycamore scoops measuring 7½ ins, 12½ ins and 14 ins (19 cms, 32 cms and 36 cms) in length. The beechwood draining spoon having a round bowl pierced with holes on a long handle 20 ins (51 cms) in length. [5] *

    A Collection of Rustic Treen: An early 17th century rustic leather clad dug-out bowl; the cross hatched leather secured with slim straps and stitched at the seams 6¾ ins (17 cms) in height, 8 ins (20 cms) in diameter. A dug out dish of circular form applied with a copper plaque stamped 'Midge Hall Farm' 13½ ins (34 cms) in diameter. Two small turned treen bowls of dark patination 4 ins (10 cms) in diameter. A dug out bowl with handle carved from the solid 9 ins (23 cms) in height. A wooden scoop with turned handle 11 ins (28 cms) long. [6] *

A treen lemon squeezer; the two hinged wooden blocks centred by a pierced ceramic lemon holder 9¼ ins (23 cms) in length. Two scouring brushes made from bristles.     A Rare 18th Century Dug-out Bucket with Kitchen Implements; two large graters, a pie peel, a cauldron whisk & two cauldron stirrers: The bucket with a raised lug handle to the side 14 ins (36 cms) in height, 15 ins (38 cms) in diameter. The graters of pierced semi-cylindrical sheet metal; one of brass with an iron loop handle 15½ ins (39 cms) in length, the other attached to a grooved pine board with handle 20 ins (51 cms) in length. The elm pie-peel 25 ins (63 cms) in length. The large wire balloon whisk with wooden pole handle 32 ins (81 cms) in length. The rustic stirrers 32 ins and 40 ins (81 cms x 102 cms) in length.[7] *

Two wooden handled iron slices 14½ ins and 17 ins (37 cms and 43 cms) in length. A wrought iron spoon with round bowl on hook end handle 17½ ins (44 cms) in length. A wrought iron lark spit basting spoon 15½ ins (39 cms) in length. A large iron ladle 19½ ins (50 cms) in length. The dug out mortar 10 ins (26 cms) high, 7½ ins (19 cms) in diameter. The coopered containers measuring 10 ins (25 cms) high x 10 ins (25 cms) diameter, and 9 ins (23 cms) high x 7½ ins (19 cms) diameter.[9] *

    A 19th Century Boxwood Culinary Press & A Late 18th/Early 19th Century Mortar Grater. The press having an iron screw-down clamp with ball finial handles above a block base raised on knop feet, 14 ins x 9 ins x 5¼ ins (36 cms x 23 cms x 13.5 cms). The turned walnut grater with a twin handled grinder slotting into the moulded base to meet the pierced gauze raised on three splayed feet 12½ ins (32 cms) in height, 13½ ins (34 cms) in width.
