    Six 17th Century Pewter Plates from the Late A.V. Sutherland-Graeme Collection. An English broad-rimmed dish with incised multi-reeded border by S.B.Circa 1670, 12¾ ins (32.5 cms) in diameter (Cotterell 5464). A 12¼ ins (31 cms) diameter plate with cast multi-reeded rim made by I.T. (unrecorded) Circa 1685-1690. A 9 inch (23 cm) diameter plate by Nicholas Kelk, London Circa 1680, with multi-reeded rim stamped with owners' initials R.G./E.W. Restruck after the fire of London. (Cotterell 2704. L.T.P. 4. Shown at the Pewter Exhibiton at Usher Gallery Lincoln Sept-Oct 1962, Item 249). An 8¾ inch (22 cms) diameter plate with narrow multi-reeded rim by Ambrose Vincent ? Blandfort, Dorset Circa 1690 (Cotterell 48768). An 8½ inch (21.5 cms) diameter plate with narrow multi-reeded rim by William Matthews, London Circa 1680 (Cotterell 3140 L.T.P. 551). An 8 inch (20 cm) diameter plate with narrow reeded rim by William Fly, London, Circa 1680 (Cotterell 1705 L.T.P. 328).

    Five Pewter Plates: A Octagonal Platter with reeded edge by Henry Appleton circa 1790 (Cotterell 98 L.T.P. 943) 17¾ ins x 13½ ins (45 cms x 34 cms). A 13½ inch (34 cm) diameter plate with plain rim by John Hamberger of Carpenter & Hamberger, circa 1819, A/F (Cotterell 2097. L.T.P. 1066). A 12 inch (30.5 cm) diameter plate with plain rim and Bear's Gambon impression; probably Samuel Duncombe (hallmarks obscure). A 9½ inch (24 cm) diameter plate with reeded rim by Samuel Hancock, Circa 1682 (Cotterell 2155. L.T.P. 375). An 8¾ inch (22 cms) diameter plate with wriggle-work decoration, J.R. with crown over ANNO 1790.

A 13 inch (33.5 cm) diameter example; hallmark Thomas King Circa 1676 (L.T.P. 259). 11 inch (28 cm) diameter example Touch-Paine, Oxford Circa 1690.

A 16¾ inch (42.5 cm) diameter charger. Two 16½ inch 42 cm) diameter chargers; one by John Kent ? Circa 1750 (Cotterell 2714), the other by John Hulls circa 1700, hall marks only (Cotterell 2452). A 15¼ inch (39 cm) diameter charger. And a 9¾ inch (25 cm) diameter plate.

    A Collection of Five Pewter Plates and Four Bowls: An 18 inch (46 cm) diameter charger Circa 1740 H..? of ..? (Cotterell 5639). A 16½ inch (42 cm) diameter charger, obscure touch marks, possibly John Ianson (Cotterell 2515). A 15 inch (38 cm) diameter plate by John Ianson Circa 1730, with engraved cross to centre (Cotterell 2515). A 13¼ inch (34 cms) diameter plate by Benjamin Blackwell Circa 1741 (Cotterell 437a). A 9 inch (23 cm) diameter plate with reeded rim. A large 16¼ inch (41.5 cms) deep dish stamped with crowned X on base, no marks or touch. A 10¼ inch (26 cm) bowl with triple reeded border by John Kent Circa 1692. A 9¼ inch (23.5 cm) diameter bowl and another 8 inch (20 cms) in diameter.

    A Collection of Twelve Pewter Plates: A Large 16½ inch (42 cm) diameter charger with 2 inch (5 cm) border and obscure touch-marks. A 15 inch (38 cm) diameter plate by Samuel Ellis Circa 1730 (Cotterell 1547). A 14¾ inch (37.5 cm) plate with 2 inch (5 cm) rim, Leeds hallmarks W.T. maker's initials ? Circa 1770 (Cotterell 5988). Another 14¾ inch (37.5 cm) plate with 1¾ inch (7 cms) rim, Samuel Duncombe Birmingham Circa 1750 Fake? (Cotterell 1466, see page 199). A 10 inch (25 cms) diameter plate by Henry & Richard Joseph Circa 1790 (Cotterell 2687 L.T.P. 1054). A 9¾ inch (25 cms) plate by Samuel or John Duncombe Circa 1775 (Cotterell 1145). Three 9¼ inch (23.5 cms) plates, one by H/ of ?, Circa 1750 (Cotterell 5638) another by Nathaniel Barber (see John Home) circa 1785 (Cotterell 250) and the third by Yates of Birmingham ? stamped HINCKLEY CHURCH on the base (Cotterell 5349). A 9 inch (23 cms) plate by Samuel Ellis Circa 1730 (Cotterell 1547 L.T.P. 746). An 8¾ ins (22.5 cms) diameter plate William Greenbank 1670-1725 (Cotterell 1992), and an 8½ inch (21.5 cms) plate.
