    A Chinese Framed Ceramic Plaque. The glassy surface over painted in enamels with a lady and elder stood beside a cedar tree, signed with calligraphy, 13½ ins x 9 ins (34 cms x 23 cms). The frame carved with sprouting bamboo and a pierced band of trellis work incorporating bats, peaches and foliage, 19½ ins x 15 ins (49 cms x 38 cms).
