A 19th Century Giltwood Salon Suite comprising of a settee with two armchairs and three side chairs. The frames carved with ribbon-twist bands and foliage incorporating spindled arcading to the backs. The upholstered rectangular backs, elbow rests and sprung seats covered in Empire inspired fabric woven with gold rosettes and roundel designs; some on crimson, some blue and some olive green backgrounds edged with gold braid. The settee 29¾” (101 cm) high, 58” (148 cm) wide.
