Three Large 19th Century Red Earthenware Jars: semi-glazed in dark brown: Two attributed to Halifax with ribbed ovoid bodies, strap lip handles to the shoulders beneath out-turned rims, and dispensing holes to the base; one fitted with a turned fruitwood spigot with tap, 18½” (47 cm) high, the other 17¼” (44 cm) high. The third attributed to Wales with strap handles and a turned yewwood spigot with tap, 16” (41 cm) high.
